• Cancellation

  Up to 15 days before check-in the deposit is refunded in full; after that the host keeps it.

• Payment

  30% deposit paid to the host by PayPal or bank transfer after your request; the balance as agreed with the host.

• Confirmation

  The host checks the dates, sends you the deposit details and confirms the booking as soon as it arrives.
