Holiday homes and apartments in Palermo and beyond
Handpicked apartments and homes in Palermo and its province, ready for your next stay.
Holiday rentals by area
Choose where to stay: in the city, by the sea or on the hills around Palermo.
Why book with SiciliaHost
SiciliaHost is a collection of holiday homes in Palermo and the surrounding area, not a portal with thousands of listings. A home joins the selection only if guests have rewarded it with high ratings and its hosts show a steady commitment to hospitality: cleanliness, attention to detail, quick replies.
The project grew out of Alessandro Lo Verde's experience: more than 15 years in tourist hospitality in Sicily and 13 as an Airbnb host. The idea is simple: put travellers in direct contact with the people who open their homes, with no middleman in between.
Homes chosen one by one
Only homes with high guest ratings and hosts who look after every stay, consistently. A small collection, every home followed closely.
Talk directly to your host
Message your host directly from the site, before and after your request. Once the booking is confirmed you also get their phone number and WhatsApp.
No fees, no middleman
No service fees and no platform mark-up. To confirm, you pay a 30% deposit straight to the owner by PayPal or bank transfer, fully refunded if you cancel at least 15 days before check-in.
Palermo through local eyes
Once you've booked you get a page for your stay, with directions, house rules and your host's tips on the neighbourhood.
