To ensure exceptional listing quality and ongoing host dedication, joining SiciliaHost requires specific criteria:
Properties in Sicily only
We currently accept only vacation homes and accommodation located in Sicily.
Ratings above 8 on Booking and 4 on Airbnb
We only accept homes from hosts with a rating higher than 8 on Booking.com and higher than 4 on Airbnb. This choice ensures premium listing quality and constant commitment from hosts.
Proven track record required
Hosts not registered on other platforms are not accepted at this time.
CIN mandatory by law
The National Identification Code (CIN) is mandatory by law for all tourist rentals and accommodations.
